Coming from a berry by berry selection of the harvest intended for their Quarts de Chaume cuvées, Ultra is, in essence, a Selection de Grains Noble or a Trockenbeerenauslese selection of Quarts de Chaume. This cuvée is quite limited in production, with only one 400L barrel made in only the most exceptional vintages. This is a timeless wine on par with the rarest, most concentrated, and ethereal sweet wines made in the world today.
