Overview

III Lustros is a blend of the most age worthy white varieties on the property, Xarel.lo and Macabeo found in the vineyard of La Plana and Mas Escorpi (Paraje Font Jui). It originates from some of the oldest vines farmed by Xavier and Jaume on chalky and sandy limestone soils. After primary fermentation in tank it is aged on the lees under cork for at least 84 months. Riddling and disgorgement are done manually and the wine is finished with a small dosage of <3g/L.
