Overview

Persan is a blue from the eyes of Athena, a single parcel bottling, and a living wine imagined and vinified by Pauline Lair. The grapes were grown by Benoit Brazilier on a beautiful terroir of flint limestone in the Touraine region of France’s beautiful Loire Valley. On the nose, Persan offers an intriguing bouquet of fresh blueberries, violets, and a hint of wet stone. The palate is vibrant with notes of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, and a touch of minerality that adds depth and complexity.
