Press Review

...Meets a million expectations of a classic white wine from the Loire, but I dare say that it is even better than expected... Excellent!

- Wine Advocate, 2019 vintage

Overview

Le Buisson is a 100% Chenin Blanc from younger vines (<10 years) in Touraine-Amboise. Aged for 12 months in 620L demi-muids on fine lees, followed by 8 months in stainless steel, it is bottled with 2 g/L residual sugar. This wine offers a sweet floral aroma and tangy grapefruit notes, showcasing depth and complexity despite the vines’ youth.
