Overview

Genesis is a 100% Côt (Malbec) from Touraine-Amboise, harvested manually and sorted on a vibrating table. It undergoes whole-bunch carbonic maceration over nine days, followed by nine months of stainless-steel aging. The wine displays cassis and blackberry liqueur notes, with fresh, forward fruit and silky tannins, offering a vibrant expression of Malbec.
