Overview

Le Fief Seigneur originates from a 3-hectare plot of Melon planted on sandy limonite and amphibolite (a type of gneissose metamorphic rock) soils making for age-worthy Muscadet with a deeper depth of minerality enhanced by its 12 months of aging in tank before bottling. This is a unique terroir within the range of Michel Delhommeau, distinguishing itself with a zesty minerality similar to Muscadets from schist or granite soils.

Symbiose has been renamed Le Fief Seigneur with the 2021 vintage as well as a new label.
