Overview

The IGP Méditerranée Rosé comes from an array of vineyards that the Sabon family farms north of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This cuvée is half saigné and half direct press and a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. It is aged in tank for 3 months before bottling.
