Overview

The IGP Principauté d’Orange Rosé comes from an array of vineyards that the Sabon family farms north of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This cuvée is a saignée of the red wines they make from these vineyards and in most vintages it is a blend of Grenache and Syrah with occasionally some Mourvedre added to the mix. After bleeding, it finishes fermentation in tank.
