Overview

A new cuvée from Famille Lieubeau, Confluent is a Muscadet sourced from the vineyards of Château de l’Aulnaye near the confluence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers. The soils here are sandy, shallow and poor over a bedrock of gneiss and schist – a very similar terroir to their Cru Château Thébaud, therefore worthy of extra time on the lees to fully develop.
