Cerro Las Cuevas comes from two vineyards located in the village of Ollauri: Las Laderas and Calitrancos. Both are over 90 years old and planted in limestone-rich soils on steep, narrow slopes. The composition of these two exceptional sites is 80% Tempranillo, 12% Graciano, 3% Mazuelo, and 5% Garnacha, although the blend will vary slightly with each vintage.
