Coming from various lieux-dits – Les Champs du Roin Haut & Bas, La Côte des Près, Les Deserts, Bouchot, Les Champs Frisés, Les Genièvres, Les Bas Coins & Les Champs de la Croix – sharing a classic Terres Blanches soil of chalky limestone and gravel composed of tiny fossilized shells and ancient seafloor sediment, this cuvée comes from 8.32 hectares of vines northeast of the hamlet of Le Bouchot.
