Overview

Another new cuvée from the indefatigable Jean-Marc Lafage, Roubials is primarily Grenache with 10-20% Syrah added to the final blend. All are grown on the black schist and clay soils of the Agly valley situated at the northern border of the Roussillon. Harvested late in the season just when the grapes have begun to approach over-ripeness, results in a wine with a rich, palate-coating texture.
