The name of one of the plots that Georges Perrot farms, Les Touilleres is at the heart of this cuvée comprised of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan. Les Touilleres is the most elegant of the Rasteau wines made at Domaine le Collière coming from a mix of gravelly red clay and limestone soils.
