Overview

The Rasteau la Fontaine is the most muscular cuvée made at Domaine la Collière. A blend of Grenache and Mourvedre, La Fontaine is sourced entirely from blue clay soils – the terroir that generally produces the most robust and structured wines in Rasteau. The Grenache is aged in cement tank while the Mourvedre is aged in demi-muid.
