Marge is Catalan for the stone walls that support the terraces that are carved into many of the hillsides of the Priorat. Celler de l’Encastell’s Marge is sourced mainly from two site: Mas d’En Ferran and Els Arbres. Mas d’En Ferran was planted in 1995 with Garnatxa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah while Els Arbres was planted later in 2008 with Garnatxa and Carinyena.
