Overview

Lombano is a unique site for Mario Rovira. While most of his sites are east-facing, Lombano enjoys the warmth of a western orientation. It is also his steepest site and his only Mencia vineyard on sandy soils. So while there is a generosity in Lombano, its sandy terroir lends fine tannins, transparency and an ethereal quality to the finished wine.
