A new cuvée from Laurent Brechet’s vineyards in Lirac, Le Temps is made from Grenache with a tiny percentage of Syrah from his vineyards in Lirac. Fermented in concrete tank, this silky and seemless expression of Lirac is aged for 18 months in 600L French oak demi-muids.
