El Jardín de las Iguales Macabeo

A singular expression of Aragón’s vinous heritage, El Jardín de las Iguales Macabeo is made from 120-year-old Macabeo vines growing on terraces at 700 meters, where slate and limestone soils give rise to something elemental. Certified organic and hand-harvested, this white wine is vinified in foudres and neutral barrels, allowing its historic terroir to speak clearly. Aromatically complex with notes of fennel, orange blossom, roasted lemon zest, and subtle saline lift, it’s dry and textural—marked by beeswax, dried herbs, and a mouthwatering minerality.
