Overview

In the very best years part of the fruit from La Bousquette is bottled as a separate cuvée. Aged entirely in concrete, this cuvée shows the darkest fruit of the domaine with a wonderful slate-y minerality. Despite the density of fruit, it retains the characteristic lift and balance of Cairanne. Even when it is made it is only available in minuscule quantities.
