Overview

Coming from the vineyards surrounding the Espelt cellars, Coralí is made from Garnatxa Negra, locally known as Ledoner, grown on free-draining, sandy, limestone soils. After a short maceration of 2 hours on the skins, the grapes for Coralí is pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks resulting in a delicate salmon color, aromas of red berries and roses with a refreshing, mineral-laced fruitiness.
