Overview

The Classic Bordeaux Blend is comprised of half Cabernet Sauvignon, with the remaining quarters split between Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, all coming from the In the Rocks vineyard. This blend offers a plush impression, featuring well-ripened black fruits, mint, chocolate, and bay leaf. For élevage, 25-30% new French barriques and puncheons are used. The wine spends a minimum of 6 months in new barrels before being racked into second-fill barrels for an additional 6-12 months of aging prior to bottling.
