In July 2019 we visited Rafa and Nuria and tasted a special bottling of rosé and we were taken with its depth of juicy fruit flavors, delicacy, and minerality. Named for a small blue butterfly that returned to their vineyard after converting to organic farming, Celastrina is a blend of Garnatxa Negra with a bit of Peluda and Syrah to add touch of spicy and herbal flavors.
