Overview

Since La Benufet and La Serra were planted in the early part of the last century a portion of the vines have died and been replaced. The youngest vines of Garnatxa Negra at Hernia Altes are harvested early to preserve the natural acidity of the grapes to make a fresh and zesty Rosat. It sees a short maceration of the skins for a few hours before pressing and fermentation to create a pale, refreshing rose. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
