Overview

Listán Blanco, the local name for Palomino Fino, is famed for being a transparent variety for transmitting terroir – as equally in the albariza soils of Jerez as in the volcanic soils of the Canary Islands. Victoria Torres sources her Listán Blanco from a single vineyard, Las Machuquertas, with vines ranging in age from 40-120 years old and plated on their own rootstock in deep, ashy, volcanic soils.
