Press Review

This is a wine to enjoy rather than to analyze: a bottle to share with friends perhaps outside on a summer’s evening. One of those bottles that empties surprisingly quickly…

Overview

Les Temps des Cerises, or as we like to call it, “Cherry Time!” is the cuvée formerly known as Chinon. It is Jérôme’s calling card and represents a cuvée blended from vines averaging 30 years old on a variety of tuffeau soils – sandy, clay and rockier limestone. Bright, forthright and varietally pure Cabernet Franc, it is fermented and aged in tank to preserve its charm and vigor.
